Terms of Service

1. What AbsoluteSport is

AbsoluteSport is a football data and analytics product. We provide live scores, statistics, odds comparison, model-based probability estimates, and bet-tracking tools. We also run a free-to-enter skill contest, the AbsoluteSport Cup.

AbsoluteSport is not a bookmaker or sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds for betting, settle bets, or facilitate the placing of bets with any operator. Any betting you choose to do happens in your own account with a third-party operator, in your own jurisdiction, at your own discretion and risk.

2. Eligibility

• —You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• —You must not be barred from using analytics or skill-contest services under the laws that apply to you.
• —You are responsible for ensuring your use of AbsoluteSport — and any betting you do elsewhere — is legal where you live.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts — particularly to gain an advantage in the Cup — is prohibited and may result in disqualification and termination.

4. Pricing & billing

• —The Full World Cup Package is a one-time payment that unlocks the desk for the entire tournament. It does not auto-renew.
• —The year-round plan is a monthly subscription that begins after the World Cup and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• —The Full World Cup Package is non-refundable once the first World Cup match has kicked off, given its event-bound nature. Founding pricing and any locked founder rates apply only while your account remains in good standing.
• —Prices are in USD and exclude any taxes that may apply. All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• —Scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or model outputs;
• —Reverse-engineer, attack, or attempt to disrupt the service;
• —Use bots or automation to manipulate the Cup leaderboard;
• —Create multiple or fraudulent accounts;
• —Use the service for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

6. The AbsoluteSport Cup

The Cup is a free-to-enter skill contest using virtual credits — there is no entry fee and no real-money wagering on AbsoluteSport. Rankings are determined by skill (the AS Score). Full contest rules, scoring, fair-play conditions, and the prize structure are set out in the Cup Rules, which form part of these Terms. We may verify the identity of prize winners before payout, and disqualify entrants who breach fair-play rules. Cup prizes are paid in cryptocurrency (USDT) only, to a wallet you provide; you are responsible for supplying a valid wallet address and for any taxes due.

7. Intellectual property

AbsoluteSport, its design, software, models, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own non-commercial use. Underlying sports data is provided by third-party licensors and remains theirs.

8. No betting advice or guarantee

AbsoluteSport provides information and tools, not betting advice and not a guarantee of profit. Model probabilities, “edges”, and suggested stakes are estimates that can be wrong. Betting carries risk of loss. You alone are responsible for your decisions. Past performance does not indicate future results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AbsoluteSport is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any betting losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice where appropriate. On termination, your licence ends.

11. Governing law & where we are

Where are we based? Everywhere the ball is.AbsoluteSport is a global, online-first service with no public head-office address — we’d rather be known for the product than a postcode. Our operating entity’s full details are available to regulators, payment partners, and counterparties on request.

Any dispute is resolved by confidential, binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules, before a single arbitrator — a neutral forum, wherever you happen to be sitting. These Terms are governed by the law applicable to that operating entity. Nothing here removes the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your own country, which always still apply.

12. Referral programme

Members can earn rewards for introducing new paying members. By taking part, you agree to these rules, which form part of these Terms.

• —Eligibility.You must be a paying AbsoluteSport member to share a referral link and to earn rewards. Your unique link is available in your account once you’ve joined.
• —What qualifies. A referral qualifies only when the person you referred (a) signs up through your link, (b) becomes a paying member, (c) their payment clears and is not later refunded or charged back, and (d) the sign-up passes our anti-fraud checks. Free sign-ups, waitlist entries, and free Cup entries do not qualify.
• —Rewards. For each qualifying referral, you and the friend you referred each receive a $50 credit toward AbsoluteSport fees. When you reach five (5) qualifying paid referrals, your current Full World Cup Package fee is fully comped — applied as account credit or refunded, at our discretion.
• —Form of reward. Rewards are issued as account credit against AbsoluteSport fees and carry no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise. Credits are personal, non-transferable, and may expire if your account is closed.
• —Prohibited conduct. No self-referrals; no creating, buying, or using fake, duplicate, or incentivised accounts; no spam, misleading claims, or bidding on AbsoluteSport brand terms in paid ads. We may withhold or reverse rewards for any abuse.
• —Limits. One reward per referred person. Rewards may not be combined with certain other offers. All eligibility and fraud determinations are made by us, acting reasonably.
• —Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes arising from rewards you receive.
• —Changes. We may modify, suspend, or end the referral programme at any time. Qualifying referrals already earned before a change will be honoured.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll notify you (e.g., in-app or by your chosen contact method). Continued use after changes means you accept them.
